Rick recounts breaking into casting with a gig on DYNASTY and giving early breaks to Jack Black and Giovanni Ribisi on THE X FILES and tells us why Whoopi Goldberg was the one that got away. And Doug recalls his experiences auditioning for Rick before they became friends.
