Many conversations I’m having with business owners (including coaches) about business over the past 2 years brings the same themes. Business hasn’t been working the way it once was, and the popular response to this is that - maybe I’m doing something wrong.

The truth is - business isn’t always supposed to be on the up and up. Just like in life! It goes in cycles and one of the most powerful things you can learn as a successful business owner is how to sustain BOTH an economic downturn as well as a boom, and what to do when the environment with which we operate (like in terms of tech and social media) has vastly changed.
We’re also talking about how to know when you need to pivot vs just wait it out, whether social media is important anymore, what strategies are working in business and why we’re seeing so many people descale their business & decide “big teams are not for them”.
