The Center for Learning in Action (CLiA) is working alongside Williams College students and the Berkshire community to advance the Northern Tier Passenger Rail Restoration Project, a proposal to establish rail service connecting Williamstown to Boston. As part of the advocacy efforts, CLiA has urged community members to reach out to their representatives.
