I was running with my good friend Dave the other day. We got onto the subject of “Builders and Breakers”. Nothing to do with construction as you will find out in the podcast.
By the way…that was day 999 of my #runeveryday running streak…I subsequently passed the 1,000 day milestone, known as the comma.
Back to the BUILDERS and BREAKERS…we spoke about some of the attributes of a builder, so I though it would be a good idea to explore them in a podcast. Have a listen and let me know if you are a builder. I won’t ask you to let me know if you are a breaker, because I know breakers don’t normally own up to the poor attributes.
