This sermon, based on Luke 9:21-27, focuses our attention on the cross of Christ. The cross was (and is) central to Jesus' purpose. It was the tool He used to redeem us from sin and death. Jesus' cross is why we deny ourselves, take up our crosses daily, and follow Him.
