The first secondary virtue is empathy and the second spiritual virtue is humility. No matter how many virtues you have, if you are not humble you cannot touch anyone’s heart. You will never be at peace. There is a true humility and a false humility. Some people show that they are humble but in reality they are just pretending to be humble. They have something else in their mind and their actions are different. Their actions are not in line with what they actually have in their heart. You can easily judge from a person if they are genuinely humble or not.
If you have false humility, your ego will become large. It will grow even bigger. And, if you have big ego then it is hard to achieve any peace or happiness in your life. It is better to stay how you are than pretending to be humble. If someone actually knows you, they will love you the way you are. If you show false humility towards others, it will have a burden on you too.
