Description

The question is that it is said that we should keep our emotions in control. We should not be very happy in happiness and very sad at the time of unhappiness. How to keep that perspective? The person who used to teach me English when I was a kid, his name was professor Sharma he used to say that he read something in a book that is very unreasonable. He said that it says that do not come from under the sun to the shade suddenly and do not go from the shade to the sunlight suddenly. How should we go then, he said? If you have to go out from the house in sunlight then how else would you go out? Do you take one step out and then come back and take another step and then come back again?

If you sit in a very hot temperature, it is very natural that you will perspire a lot as well. You will feel the heat and you will sweat and you will be thirsty. If you sit in a cooler environment, you will be cold and you will wear more layers of clothes and you will feel like drinking some hot coffee or tea or something warm.
