Description

A perfect posture is a must for meditation. Until you perfect your posture there is no hope in meditation. There is no short cut when it comes to meditation. If you are talking about getting to that extreme state then you must perfect your posture first. If you want to experience deep bliss then you can do so without the posture. You could go for observant meditation, witness meditation, mindful meditation, or contemplative meditation. But if you want to experience that yogic samadhi, then this is the only way. It is very rare that I use the word “only” because there are many ways that lead to the same truth.

There is a region of consciousness that you have to enter to experience what mediation really is. There are ten vital energies in the body out of which five are called 'primary energies'. The primary energies are descending energy, ascending energy, diffusive energy, effusive energy, and prana vayu (the life force).
