What is unconditional love? What is pure and real love? The basis of love is to understand what the other person wants. To love somebody means to understand what the other person wants and be able to give what the other person wants. To love somebody does not mean that you take what you want on your terms. One of the pillars of love is caring about what the other person needs. It is about understanding the needs of the other person, knowing what would make them happy and caring about what they care about.
The second pillar of love is that there must always be some freshness alive in love for it to grow. There should be something new in the relationship for it to stay fresh. For example, if you keep feeding the same meal to your partner everyday just because it is easier for you then he or she will be bored with it. It will not be their fault either if you don’t get the appreciation for making the meal everyday.
