Former city councilman Gene Belmares and return cohost DigitalJeff join AOTB today. Gene held office for Laredo's city council from 2002 to 2008, ran for mayor of Laredo in 2009, and is currently one of the heads of Liquid Studio Group, a digital marketing firm in Laredo, Texas.
