As we seem to be a watershed moment in our history with race relations, I wanted to take the opportunity to speak about the Black Lives Matter protests and some of the context and nuance missing from the conversation and from the activists.
There are more caveats in this episode than I ever thought possible but with such a sensitive topic that I've only been an observer of, I felt it important to be as clear as possible.
With all the hate and fear-mongering going on, I hope this episode will highlight that most of us are striving towards a similar goal in life and what we really need is dialogue and direction.
