Ep #135 with Mike Rivard, sintir player and composer
Mike Rivard has had a long career in World Music playing the sintir, a bass lute from Morocco. He also plays the bass and works with some great players like John Medeski. He is very influenced by the Gnawa music of Morocco which uses the sintir as its primary instrument.
