Based on a real-life guy and a true story, Nic Cage plays (emphasis on "plays") a man that made it his personal mission to capture Osama Bin Laden after 9/11. This is one of Cage's zaniest rolls, and if you can put up with the character at the onset, you'll be able to handle the entire movie, because for some... this might not be their cup of Cage.
