Kenny Mintz is on a mission to walk Across America while doing some serious good in the world. He is undertaking a long and difficult journey both physically and logistically in support of pancreatic cancer charities and programs that care for veterans and their families.
As a combat veteran and colonel and as a son who lost his mother to pancreatic cancer, Kenny has seen and dealt with a lot of loss in his life. But through this journey, he is fighting back against pancreatic cancer and helping to make sure his brothers and sisters in arms and their families are taken care of.
On this episode, Dino and Kenny discuss what it takes to attack a challenge like this while also discussing the power of endurance in mind, body, and spirit. It’s clear from this interview that Kenny is a powerful and inspiring figure and it’s also clear that his mother carried that same power.
