From the outer reaches of the discoverse zooms The Silver Rider, a trans-dimensional traveller and purveyor of fine disco, house, funk and soul. Crash landing in Austin, TX in 1984 and raised as the Earthly son of discotheque proprietors, The Silver Rider, nee’ Davey Schacherl, was fed a steady diet of mono synths, Garage-classics and party culture ethics which sharpened his many talents. Gaining his first club residency by age 18, Davey continued to hone his skills in the Austin club and rave circuit and earned a respected position in the local community. Having since played tunes on both American coasts and provided guest sets in countless major cities, Davey finally put his sights on the studio and began concocting dancefloor magic with his tracks and edits.
