Healing is central to the gospel, not peripheral. Today we talked about what it means to be an apostolic/prophetic people who are activated in releasing the supernatural power of God in and through their lives. 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 states that we have been reconciled to the Father through Christ, and our sins are no longer counted against us. We have been commissioned with the message of reconciliation, representing the Father just as Jesus did before Israel. We are a people of His Presence, set on a lifestyle of supernatural activity including miracles, signs and wonders. We are given power and authority in Christ to do the same works Jesus did, undoing the works of darkness and releasing the Kingdom of God as described in Mark 16 wherever the gospel is preached.
