Chris Germer is a clinical psychologist and lecturer at Harvard Medical School. He co-developed the Mindful Self-Compassion program with Kristin Neff in 2010, which has been taught to over 250,000 people worldwide. With Neff, Chris wrote his latest book, “Mindful Self-Compassion for Burnout: Tools to Help You Heal and Recharge When You're Wrung Out by Stress.” He is also the author of "The Mindful Path to Self-Compassion," and co-edited "Mindfulness and Psychotherapy" and "Wisdom and Compassion in Psychotherapy."
