We've seen average rental prices increase rapidly since the beginning of 2020. 📈
➡️ The important things to consider is when you are paying rent, you are paying somebody else's mortgage, their taxes, their insurance, etc.
Rates just dropped, making buying a home more affordable, especially as rent prices increase. 👏
