For this episode of Coaching Pt. 2 we have another coach from my gym (Society Fitness), Brittany. Brittany is a regionals athlete turned coach. In this episode we dive into how she started CrossFit and competing. Some of the mindset tactics she developed and what the everyday member can take away from just listening to their bodies. She has recently dabbled into more of the corrective exercises with a stronger approach towards mobility, and also digging deeper into the realm of nutrition.
