What’s high on my list when I travel is getting to visit other gyms and being a spectator.
I get to drop the business owner hat and look at the business as a whole from branding, layout, equipment, coaching (if any), coaching attire, customer service. There’s so many little things in the details.
A current fascination on any business model is branding/marketing.
This episode was literally inspired from a hotel and the gym within the hotel.
I didn’t even leave the hotel gym to go find another gym. That’s how much I was blown away by it.
I’ve learned a lot from my little stay and adapting towards my professional career.
