I had intended on releasing this FIRST REMIX on November 27, the day of PEYSONIC MUSIC'S THIRD ANNIVERSARY, but I let the procrastination demon get the best of me!! Anyway, I think the few extra days of work I put into the song was well worth it; I hope you agree.
When I released the original version of this song back in April, little did I realize how prophetic it would be! Subsequent songs I released chronicled the pain I felt as I dealt with the loss of my 7-year love. I still feel the pain, but I'm learning to accept it. I don't know why, but God gave me the music to this remix in a dream the morning of November 17, 2015. I actually heard John Legend's voice on it, but God didn't give me the budget! Lol! Anyway, I hope the more festive feel in this track is an indication toward an improved attitude regarding my relationship situation, and an improved situation in life, overall.
