The paralysed man was amazed. He came to Jesus to be healed, but Jesus said, "Friend, your sins are forgiven!" He went on his way healed and made whole, and had an entirely new perspective on life. Jesus came to show us that forgiveness is inherent to Gods heart. It's what He does. You can be forgiven today.
