Captain Rachel Locker, MD is retiring from the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service. She has worked at the Warm Springs Health & Wellness Center since 1996.
She plans on continuing to work in Warm Springs as a civil servant, 3 days a week, so is looking forward to continuing her service on the Reservation.
