Last month, the Pennsylvania Joint State Government Commission released its long-awaited report on capital punishment in the commonwealth, a report seven years in the making. In this episode, Marshall Dayan of the Federal Public Defender of the Western District of Pennsylvania joins to talk about the findings of the task force and its advisory committee.
