In June 2012, Mojo Magazine paid tribute to one of the most phenomenal albums of all time, Pet Sounds, by The Beach Boys. In celebration of the bands legacy and impending reunion, they invited the Neil Cowley Trio to re-imagine one of the albums most enduring songs, ‘Let’s go Away for A While’. Given a free rein to express themselves, and using their trademark progressive approach, the result was enthralling providing a new perceptive on the timeless original. The track was included on the magazine covermounted album, Pet Sounds Revisited.
