The mix was recorded in Jakob’s apartment in Neukölln in Berlin with two CDJs, one turntable and a Pioneer mixer. The idea with the mix was to capture the intensity of today’s techno scene with a high BPM in a dance-friendly way. It’s a mix of well-produced modern techno together with more playful efforts from the late nineties and early two-thousands, including Swedish gems from the producers Patrik Skoog, Mickael Nyqvist and Jens Winroot.
