Transmedia specialist Kevin Sharpley joins the pod to share his multifaceted life that encompasses fashion, writing, film-making, commercial and music video production, events, and education.
We talk about his close ties with Haiti where he has filmed two documentaries and his life journey from growing up as a black man in the MidWest, to his early years traveling the world as a fashion model, a degree in psychology, working as a promoter during the South Beach glory years and his love of writing. Today he is one of the leading lights in the Miami film industry and heads Kijik Multimedia, a full service production company which specializes in integrated, branded and convergent media.
Kevin’s other major project is The Beach Chronicles – a pulp noir, sci-fi saga coming soon to multimedia screens near you!
