Sure S.M.A.R.T. goals may work in the corporate world and for some individual goals.
Without some personal "DUM" goals, however, you'll never ever BE who you could BE.

P.S. Sorry team, I got carried away with setting DUM goals. When I mention S.M.A.R.T. goals I say “reach” instead of "realistic". Guess that's never been where I play.
