Margarita:
1 1/2 oz silver tequila
1 oz cointreau
3/4 oz lime juice
Put it all in a shaker with ice, shake it up, serve over rocks! If it's a little sour, add a 1/4 oz of simple syrup (sugar water).
To salt a rim, but a bunch of salt on a plate. Rub a lime wedge on the rim of a glass and then rub the glass rim in the salt. Give it a minute to dry.
