A 17-acre parcel of land located at the intersection of Brush Creek Road and Highway 135 will be the site of future development that could help fill the gap of needed affordable housing units.
The land will also likely hold a parking intercept and other mixed-income housing. It is owned jointly by the towns of Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte, the ski area, and Gunnison County.
