Dave Ochs (pictured, with porkchop-like facial hair, "roadie" sunglasses, and chocolate-chip muffin) says the goal of the work is to make the trail more resilient and sustainable by removing watery spots and hardening traditionally wet locations. The Strand Hill Trail workday is being held on Saturday, June 4th, which is also National Trails Day.
