Wanna know the key to my groove?? Dance. I play bass and dance till I find the groove with the drum part I am feeling. Sometime I may re-record the drums, but when the drums and bass lock up, and the feel is there- it all writes it self. Serious-Even my rock stuff...all about the feel.
Get the FUCK up and dance - don't ever just stand there, or sit on your ass and play your guitar- - if the music moves you let it move your body, and tap in to the universal rhythms that abound. Serious.
