On this special, Election Week edition of Nina's Got Good News, Nina is joined by her Good News VIP Guest of the Week, Ann Nyberg! Ann is the longest-serving, full-time female news anchor/reporter in Connecticut television history. She is WTNH-TV's longest-serving Anchor/Reporter in station history. She anchors the 5, 6, 10, and 11 o'clock nightly newscasts and produces and hosts her own show called NYBERG.
This week, Nina and Ann come to you from the studios of WQAQ 98.1-FM, the student-run radio station at Quinnipiac University. Nina and Ann turn the focus away from the negativity surrounding the 2018 Elections, and focus on what they love about the state of Connecticut. Ann also talks about her career as a television news anchor, and offers her advice for young professionals who are looking to enter the TV news industry.
