Life has become stressful. There are times in our day, week or year we can feel overwhelmed and stressed. Sometimes we don't even know we have become stressed until we get sick and we are forced to take greatly needed rest.

Are you like me and feel some days there is just never as much time as what we need in our day and night to do the many tasks we have noted on our to do lists!

So how can we get stronger to better manage stress so it doesn’t take a toll on our health and well-being.

Have you ever been to a doctor with a health concern and an allied health or medical practitioner says to you – ‘it must be stress related, you need to de-stress and you will feel better’.

Which when you feel stressed this can be easier said than done!

But what is stress exactly? And how does stress affect our body and how can we get strong enough through eating the right foods, taking the right vitamins and minerals so that in times of stress we don’t get so run down and fall sick.

Good news is there are some simple foods we can place on our weekly shopping list that can help our immune system fight stress.

In this episode of Meditalk we speak with Naturopath and Enterpreneur Mihaela Raguz about how to become strong by eating foods that can help us better manage stress. As well as, Mihaela shares with us some facts about stress and how stress can manifest in our body.
