Description

In this episode, we’re joined by Monica Moore, the founder of Fertile Health, a business dedicated to empowering women facing infertility.

Monica’s journey into nursing began like many others, in the ICU, but her path took a turn when she developed a passion for women’s health.

This led her to go back to school to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. After graduating, Monica set her sights on New York, but soon discovered that finding a job in women’s health was more challenging than she anticipated.

Eventually, Monica landed a position at an infertility clinic in the city, where she discovered her true calling as an infertility coach.

Over time, she realized that her real passion lay in helping women who were struggling with infertility—both through patient care and education for other healthcare professionals.

Through Fertile Health, Monica offers a variety of services, including direct patient care, health coaching, and nurse education.

Her mission is clear: to improve the lives of women who are trying to conceive or considering pregnancy, particularly those struggling with infertility.

By offering support, education, and practical tools, she helps her clients achieve their optimal level of health.

As a nurse entrepreneur, Monica has spent a significant amount of time cultivating her business through self-marketing, especially using social media.

After building a solid foundation, word-of-mouth referrals have become an essential part of her client growth.

A little over two years ago, Monica shifted her focus to more personalized patient care and health coaching, enabling her to reach clients nationwide.

She now meets with patients both in-person and virtually, using her skills in health coaching and life coaching to guide them toward better wellness.
