Cole’s journey into nursing started in the Med-Surgical and ER fields, where he quickly noticed the inefficiencies and limitations of traditional healthcare systems.
This early experience led him to become disillusioned with the status quo, ultimately motivating him to return to school and pursue his Nurse Practitioner degree with the goal of creating a new, more patient-focused model of care.
In 2021, Cole founded Flex Family Health, a Direct Primary Care practice that eliminates the need for insurance.
Instead, patients pay a monthly fee for direct, transparent access to their provider, fostering a personal and affordable relationship between patients and their healthcare provider.
By removing the complexities of insurance, Cole is able to provide his patients with higher quality, more accessible care that is truly centered around the individual.
Even though Cole’s practice has been open for just two years, he has already grown his patient base to over 700 individuals and continues to see steady growth. His vision for Flex Family Health is to reshape how people view and experience healthcare by offering a more honest and patient-driven approach.
