Mary Chiesa is a nurse who witnessed a terrible occurrence after a C-section. A baby fell out of his mother's arm as her blood pressure cuff went off. That moment made Mary determined to ask some tough questions such as why is baby not restrained to mom, while she is medicated and strapped to an OR table?
As she explored more into the questions she had, Mary started to come up with a solution that even blows her mind to this day. Mary created a baby wrap that she describes as the Seatbelt of Maternity.
