At the time I am writing this Tottenham Hotspur Football Club are still in four competitions and I hope regardless of when you are reading this / listening to this show over the next seven days we are STILL in four competitions this season.
This week on the show Sam and Matt talk all things Fulham and Winks getting our last minute winner and of course focus on the Chelsea game which was / is tonight at the time or recording / me writing this.
Its a semi final ... I have lost count how many of these bastards we have lost over the years... also, anyone else think two leg semi finals in a domestic cup competition is kinda pointless and should be scraped? Its just an extra game which the players could do without.
The team who had a better goal difference from their quarter final win gets home stadium advantage for the semi final, would encourage attacking play in the quarter finals etc and also would cut down on games.
Anyway, will never happen, the extra game is televised and football in essence is dark relationship with Sky TV... having a bit of an affair with BT Sports but Sky TV still in charge.
