Raam returns with ‘RAAM005’ later this month, a four-tracker on his mysterious self-titled Stockholm-based label. We’ve got the exclusive premiere of ‘Ment’ from it above.
The release’s opening track is raw and jacking deep house, littered with vintage Roland drum sounds, a big rolling bassline and pads you can get lost in.
The rest of the EP is made up of ‘Lipslide’, a sublime deep disco track with dubby chords and synths muddled with distant cowbells, a rework of ‘Ment’ by Samo DJ and Alexi3d, and slowed down house-not-house track, ‘Ask’.
