Audio from a seminar hosted by Christian Solidarity Worldwide at the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast 2019 in the Houses of Parliament on Tuesday 2nd July.
In parts of northern Nigeria, religious sectarianism has divided society, giving rise to deep distrust and occasional violence. Reconciliation involves formulating a way to co-exist and to share their society. Reconciliation is not easy; but is the ministry that Christ has entrusted to his followers.
Using scripture and a concrete case study from northern Nigeria, the seminar will illustrate how reconciliation can bring about conflict transformation, even in a seemingly intractable situation.
Led by Revd Yunusa Sabo Nmadu, General Secretary of The Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) and CEO of CSW Nigeria.
