Austrian duo A-Brothers team up with Germany’s Matt Mus for a new EP on Yan Stricker’s !Organism imprint entitled ‘Cozy’ and featuring two heady originals alongside a remix from Stevie Wilson.
A-Brothers hold a deserved reputation for quality techno on labels like Gayle San Records, Naked Lunch and their own Hybrid Confusion while young producer Matt Mus has equally impressed with high octane releases on Naked Lunch and Monoton: Audio, among others. Both dividing their time between the studio and booths of some of the world’s best clubs, this November sees the two production outfits join forces for a new package on leading techno imprint !Organism.
First up is ‘Breathe’, which introduces a dense layer of rumbling bass and reverbs, underpinned by fluid, bouncing melodies and cascading percussion that inject dance-floor fervour before ‘Cozy’ opts for a more rhythmic take, brimming with dynamic fx echoes.
Closing the package is award winning Scottish techno producer Stevie Wilson with a deep and brooding remix of ‘Cozy’, concluding the EP in captivating style.
