!Organism return to label regular Peja for their next essential techno offering.
Constantly on the move within the world of techno, Peja's music has found its way into the bags of key DJs like Richie Hawtin and Carl Cox. After more than ten years in the game, he really can speak freely through his machines and once again here he proves that with his latest arresting productions.
The searing 'Arcadia' is first out of the blocks and is a crunchy banger with colourful, sleepy melodies raining down over the brutal drums. It makes for a nice tension between light and dark and sure will make an impact.
Stepping up to remix is UK artist Chris Colburn, another man with a decade's work of experience and one who has worked on 8 Sided Dice, H-Productions and more. He serves up two remixes, Reshape X and Reshape Y, and both show his knack for layering up essential textures and killer drums that add up to standout techno tracks designed for maximum dancefloor damage.
Then comes Peja with 'March', a tribal techno track with pile-driving drums, snapping lines of static electricity and burrowing synths that take you right down the rabbit hole. Last but not least, 'Rascal' is a quality number with coarse claps and prickly percussion all underpinned by big and bouncy techno drums. Synth lines ride up and down the scale and ensure that roofs will be blown when this one is dropped.
