The always on point !Organism turn to Anthony Castaldo for their 71st EP, yet another high grade techno opus that will make a big impact on dance floors this summer.
Naples born Castaldo is a young talent who has managed to turn out some fine techno productions and DJ sets and, as such, is beginning to make waves around the world. Respekt, Driving Forces and Ground Factory have all released his music to date ,and now he offers two top originals as well as getting remixed in style by Mr. Bizz.
The excellent ‘No Light Without Dark’is a crisp and kinetic techno track with firmly planted kick drums and a rolling percussive line that really sucks you in. Swirling pads and groaning bass add to the urgency and sporadic vocal chants really ensure this one will bring great reactions in warehouses everywhere.
Beatport techno chart toppers and long time production pair Mr. Bizz aka brothers Fabrizio and Matteo Floris have previously released on SCI+TEC. Their expert remix of the track is loopy and deep, subliminal and minimal and is embellished with frazzled synth lines and a sense of directness that will really appeal to fans of proper techno.
Lastly, ‘Zeitlupe’is a more playful jam with icy and incendiary hi hats surfing next to tough drums and big stabs of synth. Futuristic and unrelenting, it is a perfectly crafted techno roller for only the most in-the-know DJs.
