Grand County Middle School’s Quiz Bowl team is outcompeting their peers this season, earning trophies at regional competitions. Under the direction of Coach Mike Estenson, the seventh and eighth grade students challenge themselves academically across a wide variety of subjects, while having fun being part of a team. KZMU News gets the latest on the team members, and why they love participating in this “sport for the mind.”
