Recent reports from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration show the southwest is experiencing record drought. Impacts can be seen across Utah, most notably in plunging water levels at reservoirs. Today, our partners at KUNC report on water levels at Lake Powell and Lake Mead. They are so low that officials are now working on plans for communities to get by with less water.
