The Natural Resources Management Act heads to the president's desk after strong bipartisan support in the U.S. House and Senate. The public lands package includes 1.3 million acres of wilderness protection, hundreds of thousands of which would be in Utah. Representative John Curtis of Utah's 3rd Congressional District joined KSJD's Daniel Rayzel to share why he supported the package, and why he's not supporting a separate Democrat-backed bill to expand Bears Ears National Monument.
