As visitation rises exponentially in the Moab area, so does graffiti and vandalism. Those who spend their time helping repair these injuries to public lands, often feel as though they’re chasing their tails. For every one incident of vandalism they fix, it seems another three appear. What we need, they say, is a change in behavior.
