This spring, after local workers camping on private property were threatened with eviction, Grand County lawmakers had to make a decision. Enforce their no camping rule and kick people out – or create a legal pathway for those workers to stay. They chose the latter. Today on the news, the alternative dwelling overlay ordinance is here.
