Description

The Moab area will soon have another public lands asset – Utahraptor State Park. A bill creating the new designation for the Dalton Wells area is heading to the Governor’s desk to be signed. Grand County Commission Chair Mary McGann says she’s ‘very, very happy’ that this area will get long-needed protection through better management. Plus, plastic has been around for a century and its environmental impacts are getting more severe. Our radio partners report on this big problem and one small solution.
