Description

Today on the news, we hear from our radio partners across the region. First, KJZZ brings us a story from the Navajo Nation, where many older tribal members are dying from COVID-19. These deaths mark a loss of language, stories, ceremonies, and cultural wisdom. Then, UPR has insights from employees of the meat-packaging facility in northern Utah, the source of a large COVID-19 outbreak. And later, the Mountain West News Bureau speaks with people of color in our region about how they're feeling and what changes they want to see.
